With over a decade of experience in pediatric endocrinology, I am dedicated to providing specialized, compassionate care to children and adolescents with hormonal and metabolic conditions. My medical journey began with a Medical Surgeon degree from Universidad La Salle, followed by a Pediatrics specialization at Hospital del Niño y Adolescente Morelense and a subspecialty in Pediatric Endocrinology at the prestigious Instituto Nacional de Pediatria in Mexico City. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my certification by the Mexican Board of Endocrinology, where I earned first place in the national certification exam.
As an active member of the Mexican Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (SMEP), I currently serve as an attending physician in Pediatric Endocrinology at Hospital del Niño Morelense. In addition to my clinical practice, I am passionate about education and train third-year pediatric residents in the field of endocrinology. My dedication to research and continuous learning has led me to participate in numerous conferences, research projects, and international presentations, including the Latin American Society for Pediatric Endocrinology Congress.
I stay at the forefront of my field by continuously updating my expertise through advanced courses in neonatal and pediatric life support, diabetes technology, and bone health. I have a particular passion for growth disorders, diabetes management, and hormonal health in children. With my scientific expertise and patient-centered approach, I am committed to helping families navigate complex endocrine conditions with clarity and confidence.
